Police are investigating after a physique was present in a north suburban park on Wednesday afternoon.
The physique was discovered at Mawson Park Lake in Hillarys at round 4.30pm with a big police presence shortly descending on the park.
A number of unmarked police automobiles shine their lights onto the lake whereas forensics scan the perimeters with torches.
The police are working to recuperate and establish the physique.
The circumstances surrounding the loss of life are unknown at this stage.
